SHERO with an I... for Independence & Interdependence!

SHERO on Enlightenment: 

Most business's are quite aware that customer service is what sets you apart from your competitors. There are many coffee houses out there but what makes you go to the one you go to daily? Some of us may have a coffee house right next door to us but will not go there and cross the street to the competitor why? Because of the way we feel when we are there not necessarily for the product. For example Canadians are very familiar with Tim Horton's. The franchise is everywhere. What makes me go to the one in North Vancouver as opposed to Richmond even though both are very accessible for me? Customer Service.. not the coffee.. not the sandwich.. not the bagel... Anytime a business owner, manager and employee is able to reach the heart of a customer, the customer forgets about the product that is being sold to them, they remember how they felt when they went there. Customer Service is when they have gotten to know your voice through the drive thru speaker (even though you don't go there everyday) and by the time you get to the window your personalized cup is waiting for you (even without them shouting your name through the speaker) The name on the cup you ask? SHERO (with an I) when I asked why did you spell SHERO with an I she said for independence... I like that!

Don't just Rev your engine.... GO GO GO!

SHERO on Opportunity: 

Many of us miss out on great opportunities because of the beliefs and conversations we have with ourselves on a daily basis. We say things like "One day" "Maybe Tomorrow" "I don't have enough money" "I don't have connections" "I don't have enough experience"... STOP!!!!!... don't just rev your engine and talk about all the things your are going to do... put your foot on the gas and GO GO GO....
